The Role

We are looking for an engineer for heterogeneous integration: chiplets, interposers, and packages that put unlike parts into one coherent machine.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

• Own chiplet partitioning and the interfaces between unlike dies
• Drive thermal, electrical, and mechanical co-design at the package level
• Qualify assembly and test flows with OSAT partners

We offer a base salary of $180,000 to $320,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
