Threeum

Threeum is a frontier company building physical AI. We design the model and the machine as one system, so the full loop of training, deployment, and improvement runs faster, more capable, and more autonomous. Our goal is to make frontier AI physical, and to make it widely accessible.

The Role

We are looking for a builder for everything a frontier company needs that is not the technology: recruiting, finance, legal coordination, and the operating cadence that keeps a small team pointed one direction.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

• Run recruiting for the roles on this page and close people who have options
• Own finance, purchasing, and the models that say what we can afford and when
• Build the company's operating rhythm: writing, cadence, and follow-through

We offer a base salary of $150,000 to $280,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
