The Role

We are looking for a researcher to make models keep learning after deployment, on the machine, without forgetting or drifting into failure.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

• Design on-device adaptation that respects tight compute and memory envelopes
• Solve forgetting, drift, and distribution shift on machines that see one world each
• Build the safeguards that keep a locally adapted model within its safety envelope

We offer a base salary of $250,000 to $400,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
