Threeum

Threeum is a frontier company building physical AI. We design the model and the machine as one system, so the full loop of training, deployment, and improvement runs faster, more capable, and more autonomous. Our goal is to make frontier AI physical, and to make it widely accessible.

The Role

A funded term for researchers and engineers early in their careers, or early in a new field, to work on one hard problem inside the company. Fellows work alongside the team, publish what can be published, and leave with something built. Exceptional fellows are offered roles.

What we look for:

• Evidence of finishing something hard
• A problem you want and can articulate
• Comfort with being measured

We offer a funded stipend for the term, depending on experience and background, and fellows and residents who convert receive the same offer structure as full-time roles.
