The Role

We are looking for an engineer to make models run fast on small machines: quantization, scheduling, and serving on hardware that lives in a cabinet, not a hall.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

• Build the inference runtime for resource-constrained units in the field
• Drive quantization, distillation, and batching strategies that hold quality under tight budgets
• Own tail latency for actions with physical deadlines

We offer a base salary of $250,000 to $400,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
