Threeum

Threeum is a frontier company building physical AI. We design the model and the machine as one system, so the full loop of training, deployment, and improvement runs faster, more capable, and more autonomous. Our goal is to make frontier AI physical, and to make it widely accessible.

The Role

We are looking for an engineer-scientist for the interface at the center of our machine: the dense, three-dimensional path where physical state is read and written. It is the hardest problem in the building and the reason the rest works.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

  • Design and build high-channel-count read and write electronics and the structures they connect to
  • Own signal integrity, noise, and calibration at densities nobody ships today
  • Build the rigs that prove the interface works, and the pass/fail criteria that say so

If you want to build the machines the models deserve, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a base salary of $250,000 to $400,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.

Applying opens an email to careers@threeum.ai with the role in the subject line. Attach what you have built, written, or proven.
