The Role

We are looking for a researcher for the core loop: systems that improve the models and machines that produced them, safely and measurably.

Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):

• Build pipelines where deployed performance data retrains models and reshapes hardware configurations
• Design the controls, gates, and rollback paths that make self-improvement trustworthy
• Measure whether the loop is actually compounding, and where it stalls

We offer a base salary of $250,000 to $400,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
