Member of Technical Staff, Silicon
Threeum
Threeum is a frontier company building physical AI. We design the model and the machine as one system, so the full loop of training, deployment, and improvement runs faster, more capable, and more autonomous. Our goal is to make frontier AI physical, and to make it widely accessible.
The Role
We are looking for an engineer for our own chip: the deterministic, low-latency path that handles what must respond in microseconds. FPGA first, silicon when the design earns it.
Some example areas you might work on (not limited to):
- Define and build the RTL for the latency-critical path
- Take the design through verification, FPGA validation, and toward tape-out
- Co-design with the kernels and compiler teams so software and silicon meet in the middle
If you want to build the machines the models deserve, we would love to hear from you.
We offer a base salary of $180,000 to $320,000 USD and a meaningful equity grant, depending on experience and background, along with competitive benefits.
Applying opens an email to careers@threeum.ai with the role in the subject line. Attach what you have built, written, or proven.
